WHAT IS AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING?

It is our annual meeting where we review the year and present business to the membership at large.

It is also a chance to vote in the new board of directors. 

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO VOTE?

Any member may attend a meeting however, only those members who are considered to be in  
good standing as of the date of the General meeting will be  
eligible to vote.

This years voting members are from the following shows, Annie Jr, Little Shop of Horors, and The Little Mermaid. Sound of Music and All Shook up young@part.

Members must be 14 years of age or older to vote. Members who are under 14 years of age may  
have one parent to vote on their behalf, they must be present at the virtual AGM. 
Each eligible member is entitled to one(1) vote.  

WHAT IS A PROXY? HOW AND WHEN DO I USE IT?

A proxy is used if you would like to vote but you are unable to attend the meeting in person.
