WHAT IS A PROXY? HOW DO I USE IT?

A proxy is used if you would like to vote but you are unable to attend the meeting.

You choose to give your vote to a current member in good standing who will be attending the meeting and thus vote on your behalf. You may only vote on issues that have been raised prior to the AGM, for example any slated board members running for postions. 

Print the proxy form & sign and seal it in an evelope for Mark Gomes ( Secretary). You may also scan or take a picture of the proxy form and send to secretary@orangevillemusictheatre.com
